biography

I'm an Executive Coach & Group Facilitator, specialising in Leadership and Team Development. I help companies improve business results by developing the performance of key people. I generally work with leaders - and their teams - on important work issues, collaboration and change.

My clients include senior executives, professionals and others with high potential. It’s just me, Clive Griffiths, and I operate under the iGriff brand.

My background is in systems design, business development and leadership. This has helped me design and build powerful intervention strategies for working with groups and individuals. I’ve applied these with senior executives in some of the best known names in business including Cisco, Gartner and PWC Consulting. And, before forming iGriff, I used them myself as an employee in organisations such as ICL, Digital Equipment Corporation and AtosOrigin.

When I’m not engaged in client work, I like nothing more than training my dog to compete in Working Trials. These competitions are the civilian equivalent of Police Dog work and the canine counterpart of the Three Day Event for horses.
